These 2 amps are as delivered to my house. I have not cleaned
them or plugged them in yet as I have to do some
preliminary checks first. I think with some elbow grease and
chrome cleaner these amps will look good!
Why there are 2 holes drilled on top of each cage is beyond
me. Maybe easy access to adjust the bias? I doubt they came
out of the factory like this!
This one is factory wired as the tube sockets are
rivited in.
This one was a kit and built by someone. Also notice the print
on each bias/preamp socket. (PAM-1POWER 5 WATTS)

All the tubes are Realistic Lifetime tubes, its like money in
the bank! The 6 fat bottle 6CA7's are USA made as are the 4
7199 tubes. The 5AR4 tubes and 2 of the thin EL34'sare made in
Japan. I didn't test them yet but you can be sure
if any tube test bad, I will go to Radio Shcak for a
free replacement. Let's see the look I get!
